Chia Kuan offers fully integrated contract services from mold design and fabrication, product injection molding, quality control, to final packaging and delivery. We maintain consistent processes and one-stop services, with an emphasis on timely delivery and competitive pricing.

Our professional design software includes: SOLIDWORKS Standard , SOLIDWORKS Plastics Professional, Autodesk Product Design & Manufacturing Collection, AutoCAD LT.

Based on customer drawings, we provide expert advice on alternative materials, feasibility for mass production, simulation analysis, and more. We also offer drawing modification, issuance, and file conversion services based on mutual discussions.

In response to today's market trend of low-volume, high-variety production, Chia Kuan leverages over 36 years of injection molding experience. In 2002, we established a mold department to offer customers full-process services—from mold development and injection molding to final packaging and shipping. We enforce strict quality control and have a highly experienced design team to assist with mold drawing, production capacity planning, and cost efficiency.

Our precision in mold fabrication maintains a tolerance within ±0.005 mm, ensuring highly accurate and cost-effective production
